Experienced in Sub Acute for many years in a skilled nursing facility, Blessy decided to expand her responsibilities and we are the happy recipients! Her energy and eagerness to learn a vast array of Social Work subjects combined with her intelligence and gentle approach will make her effective in helping residents and their families navigate the choices and choose the best, possible care plan while at ANRC.
After completing her studies in 2016, she immediately engaged in the Social Work field by maximizing her knowledge and experience in psychology, community activities and in long term care.
As our new Director of Social Services, she will answer all your questions in depth and in detail as she anticipates the un-asked ones. Knowing how to connect with residents and their family members during their time of need, through the uncertainty of planning the aftermath of short-term rehabilitation or adjusting to long-term care, is essential in skilled nursing care. Blessy understands this and will therefore be a strong addition to our team!
