Luis Alvarado

“The Glue That Keeps Us All Together”

Luis wears many hats. Born in Columbia, he went through a rough childhood and eventually emigrated to the United States at the young age of 16. Having worked many jobs to support himself and his family, he learned from the school of hard knocks.

With ANRC since 2016, he earned a reputation for being able to diagnose and repair air conditioning, ventilation, heating, electrical and plumbing systems before they turned into major issues. It was, for this reason, his previous facility, where he worked for 18 years, strongly recommended him to us after they closed their doors.

With a vast knowledge and experience designing and implementing preventative maintenance programs geared towards State and OSHA regulations, coupled with his oversight of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, Luis is the glue that keeps us all together.

While keeping us functioning at an optimal level “24/7,” he relaxes with his three children and takes great pride in his role as a grandfather.
